PA Film
Super high barrier films. Currently, the domestic market uses metallized film such as CPP/BBOPET/BBOPP and etc. for the base film. However, those materials are costly and the procedures are complicated. Magical’s five layer co-extruded barrier film replaces metallized film which are C/B/A/B/C design. The main advantage is to eliminate the complex PE procedure, as the thermal-seal PE layer provides good barrier characteristics. Our five layer co-extruded film contains the barrier layer itself, avoiding barrier break-down due to breakage or fall-off of the pure aluminum layer, plus it reduces the composite cost.
